The purpose of this reporting system is to detect and address hazards and security risks at the earliest possible stage, preventing them from escalating into incidents or accidents.


Any incident in flight operations must be reported within 72 hours. These reports can also be submitted directly to the Federal Office of Civil Aviation (BAZL) through the EU portal (please also send a copy to us).

In the event of an accident or serious incident, Mountainflyers' Emergency Response Plan is activated. In such cases, immediate notification must be made to Mountainflyers' administration. The accident/serious incident should be reported to the Swiss Transportation Safety Investigation Board (SUST-AV) through the REGA emergency hotline (Tel. 1414).
